  Epaderm Cream is designed for topical application to the skin. Do not ingest.

• Avoid contact with eyes:
  If the product accidentally enters the eyes, rinse immediately and thoroughly with plenty of clean water.

  Discontinue use of the cream if you experience any signs of an allergic reaction, such as redness, itching, swelling, or rash, and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist.

• Keep out of reach of children:
  Always store securely to prevent accidental ingestion or misuse, especially by young children.

  Keep in a cool, dry place to preserve the product’s quality. Do not freeze.

• Experience worsening skin symptoms, spreading rash, or signs of infection (such as oozing, swelling, or increased redness).
• Are using other topical treatments to ensure products are compatible and won’t reduce each other’s effectiveness.
• Have extremely broken or severely infected skin, where additional medical care may be required.
• Are applying it to a newborn under 1 month old with significant skin problems, without prior medical advice.

Application Guidelines for Best Results

Frequency of use:

• Apply generously and often, at least 2–3 times a day, and always after washing, bathing, or showering.

Moisturising technique:

• Smooth onto the skin in the direction of hair growth to minimise follicle blockage.
• Cover the entire affected area evenly without rubbing too vigorously.

Cleansing technique (as a soap substitute):

• Apply to wet skin, massage gently, and rinse off with lukewarm water or remove with a soft cloth.
• Avoid using hot water, as it can worsen dryness and irritation.

Bath use (optional):

• You can add Epaderm Cream or Ointment to bathwater to help hydrate skin while you soak.

Avoid triggers:

• Identify and reduce contact with known irritants, such as harsh soaps, detergents, certain fabrics, or extreme temperatures.

Daily hydration:

• Drink plenty of water and use a humidifier in dry environments to help maintain skin moisture from within.

• Wear soft, breathable fabrics like cotton to minimise irritation.
• In colder weather, protect skin from wind and central heating by moisturising more frequently.
